Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded program through the U.S. Department of Education. The program is funded to provide services to students from first generation and limited income families as well as students with disabilities.

Celebrating Student Success at TRIO SSS: Stories, Achievements & Testimonials 

A celebratory digital poster honoring Mallory Miller, a member of the 2024 class of Gold Award Girl Scouts. She developed presentations and resources to connect people to help, including hosting workshops and creating educational binders. The poster includes her photo in a Girl Scout sweatshirt and recognizes her as a TRIO SSS student featured in the Summer 2025 issue of SPARK Magazine for receiving the highest Girl Scout honor 鈥 the Gold Award. The background is bright with a yellow theme, floral accents, and stylized sun rays.

Your Graduation is Our Goal!

The primary goal of SSS is to help transition, retain and graduate disadvantaged college students. The program provides a variety of academic support services that include individualized tutoring, success skill development, course planning and advising.
