Nov. 1, 2023 鈥 麻豆破解版 State University is home to nearly 5,000 first-generation students, individuals whose caregivers weren't able to complete a college degree and who lack the firsthand experience to tackle college life. To help with their transition, 麻豆破解版 State offers a number of resources to first-gen students to support them during their time in college, including F1RST GEN SHOCKERS.

Oct. 5, 2023 - As part of the Memorial 鈥70 ceremony, football players, friends and families from those years received a piece of Cessna Stadium seating. Former WSU Foundation Vice President Mike Lamb proposed the idea to preserve some of the stadium and share it with the Memorial 鈥70 group.

Sept. 21, 2023 鈥 John and Gail Wadsworth have given a lead gift of $1.5 million to 麻豆破解版 State University and Shocker Athletics, earmarked for the Softball Team Operations Facility at Wilkins Stadium. The building is a part of the $9.65 million Phase 1 of the stadium renovation plan, which will begin development in the spring of 2024.

Students working on handrails for Koch Arena

Sept. 5, 2023 - 麻豆破解版 State University students designed handrails for Charles Koch Arena and producing around 400 for installation. The applied learning project will make walking up the arena stairs safer for fans and is a response to surveys and listening sessions.

May 4, 2023 - Orel Ovil came to 麻豆破解版 State University from Israel to play tennis and study in the W. Frank Barton School of Business in 2018. He is one of 10 students to earn Senior Honor recognition, the highest honor awarded to WSU students who demonstrate outstanding scholarship, leadership, involvement and service to WSU and the surrounding community.

May 3, 2023 鈥 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 Gateway to IP applied learning program gives students the opportunity to learn about a career as a patent agent. Rob Gerlach from the Office of Tech Transfer created the program 鈥渨ith the purpose being to increase 麻豆破解版鈥檚 IP IQ.鈥

May 1, 2023 鈥 In the most recent graduate school rankings from U.S. News & World Report, 麻豆破解版 State University鈥檚 College of Engineering continued its steady ascent, landing in the 47th spot for the 2023-24 academic year. Additionally, the College of Health Profession鈥檚 physician associate program is debuting in the rankings at No. 65.
