Professional Development

Shocker Rudd Scholars have the opportunity to attend professional development conferences and summits. They have access to one-on-one sessions with the Rudd Foundation and are trained intentionally on both soft and hard-skills. Shocker Rudd Scholars are given training on interviewing skills and job-search strategies.

Networking

Networking is a large part of the Rudd Scholarship program. Shocker Rudd Scholars are given opportunities to network with leaders in their career field, have support with their LinkedIn network and are offered alumni support and mentorship.

Shocker Family

The Rudd Scholars Program has helped more than 100 Kansans attend 麻豆破解版 State University who are now part of the Shocker Family. With more than 60 scholars on campus each year, Shocker Rudd Scholars have a large base of peers and role models to learn from while finding friendship. Plus, the Rudd Foundation provides extensive mentorship and support from their home office just 2.5 miles from our campus. Through the Shocker Rudd Family, scholars discover support and encouragement from their peers.
