Financial Aid Representatives are available for phone and chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Students: If you would like specific information about your financial aid by phone, be sure to have your OneStop Telephone Access Code (TAC). Log into your account and click on the "Manage your password" link. Your OneStop TAC will be displayed.

Parents/Spouses/Others: If you would like specific information about a student's account, you must be authorized as a "proxy" by the student and give the appropriate passphrase. Additional information is available at wichita.edu/proxy.

Our building is located east of Hillside and north of 17th Street. It is just west of the Rhatigan Student Center and north of McKinley Hall. Visitors may park in Lot 7 directly south of the Rhatigan Student Center and adjacent to the parking garage - .

Walk-ins welcome: Visitors may experience wait times for walk-in assistance, especially during August and January.

Student Drop Box (Preferred Electronic Method): portal

Students: Scan and return sensitive documentation as a PDF file within your portal. Select the myFinances tab and then select 鈥淪tudent Drop Box鈥� to upload your documents securely.

Contacting our office by phone

Appointments are required. Bring a photo ID, such as your shocker card or driver's license, so we can verify your identify before discussing any sensitive account information.

Contacting our office by email
Email requests for information about your financial aid must come from your 麻豆破解版 State email address (@shockers.wichita.edu). This helps safeguard your personal information.

Submitting documentation to our office
Student Drop Box (Preferred Electronic Method): If you need to submit any documentation to office (such as signed forms and tax/income information), upload it via the secure WSU Student Drop Box. Scanned PDFs can be uploaded within your portal. Select the myFinances tab and then select 鈥淪tudent Drop Box鈥� to upload your documents securely.

Mail or Fax: If you choose to mail or fax documentation to our office, include your myWSU ID on the top of each page.
